**About us**:
We are seeking a dedicated Regional Quality Site Coordinator to oversee and support selected SCHOTT Pharma production sites. This role ensures high-quality performance across locations and acts as a vital link between site-level and global quality.

**Your Contribution**:

- Monitor site quality performance through KPI reviews, data analysis, and trend comparisons
- Conduct internal audits and Gemba Walks to assess on-site quality status
- Act as an expert and liaison between site quality teams and global quality
- Coordinate rollout of global quality initiatives and support implementation of global SOP
- Participate in site quality meetings and maintain regular on-site presence
- Provide coaching to Site Quality Managers

**Your Profile**:

- University degree in a scientific or technical field
- At least 10 years of experience in quality management, ideally in a GMP-regulated environment
- Strong analytical skills as well as pronounced intercultural communication skills
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoke
