**Your Responsibilities**:
We are looking for a new colleague to join our **Business Faculty in Berlin on a full-time basis starting 1st of March**, who shares our vision of excellence in education and who is committed to making a difference in the lives of our students and staff.

**Key Activities & Responsibilities**:

- Conducting undergraduate and postgraduate courses in the areas of Business Management at our Berlin campus like Accounting, HR & Organization, Management Basics, Finance, Corporate Management, Applied Research Project, etc.
- Advising and mentoring students
- Supervising bachelor and master theses as well as similar student works

**Your profile**:

- Completed university studies (Master level) relevant to the area of teaching
- Ability to teach courses in the English language (ability to speak German is a plus)
- Strong ability to communicate and work in a team
- Proficiency in using Office365 software including MS Teams as well as various Learning Management Systems
- Passion for life-long learning and a desire to update technical and social skills on a regular basis
- Organizational skills and eagerness to work together to advance the success and growth of the University
