**We are digital builders born in the cloud and currently, we are looking for a Legal Assistant - Paralegal.**

**Your daily work**:

- Providing administrative support to legal team
- Contract archiving, structuring and management of contractual database
- Coordinating, structuring and organizing documents
- Compliance and legal related tasks
- Administration of lawyer inquiries
- Managing registration matters
- Drafting corporate documents
- Administration of corporate and regulatory documents and filings
- Managing and coordinating with external legal resources
- Reviewing and negotiate simpler agreements
- Supporting with legal investigations

**Your skills and attributes of success**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in working as legal assistant or paralegal at law firm or legal department
- Paralegal education or other relevant education such as law, economy and administration
- Excellent knowledge and experience from Microsoft Office and other digital tools and platforms
- Fluent communication skills in **English**

**Your super-powers (we'd consider any of these as a big plus)**:

- Fluent communication skills in **Finnish** or **Swedish** or other language which Nordcloud is operating within
- Experience from working in an international global setting
