**YOUR TALENT**:

- 1-3 years relevant work experience in the Graphic Design area
- Very good sense for colors, creativity, and graphical talent
- Good attention to details that elevate the Product Design (eg - trims, materials)
- Knowledge with technical drawings and sketches
- Advanced illustration and typographic skills
- Accessories manufacturing knowledge is an advantage.
- Good presentation skills
- Apple Mac, Illustrator, Photoshop, AI visualization tools.
- Excellent verbal and written English skills are a must
- Flexible and well organized Teamplayer
- Bachelor/Master degree focused on Graphic Design or similar education
- This opportunity will be available in full time or part time.

**YOUR MISSION**:
Graphic Design:

- Collaborate with the senior designer to conceptualize and execute graphics, prints, and patterns for the SPST Accessories
- Translate design concepts into digital artwork using industry-standard software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite)
- Prepare graphic assets for production and internal systems, considering technical specifications and limitations

Color & Material Design:

- Research color & material trends, consumer preferences, and cultural influences to inform design decisions
- Assist in the development and execution on products, of the seasonal colorcard in line with the brand guidelines (color & material specs)
- Create color & material boards and presentations to communicate design concepts to internal stakeholders
- Support material research and sourcing efforts to identify innovative and sustainable materials for Sportstyle accessories
- Maintain material libraries and documentation for reference and future projects

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Support the Senior Designer & other team members in in the execution of graphics / material / color specs
- Work closely with Design team member and manufacturing teams to ensure design intent is realized in final products
- Participate in design reviews, brainstorming sessions, and material presentations to contribute fresh ideas and perspectives
