**DESIGN**

**SENIOR COLOR/MATERIAL/GRAPHIC DESIGNER MOTORSPORT FOOTWEAR**:

- Herzogenaurach, Germany**YOUR MISSION**:
Lead in creation and execution of innovative & exciting footwear designs aimed at continuous styling and innovation
-Create Motorsport & Car Culture stories for design initiatives and bring fresh ideas to the Business Unit and the Global Creative Direction
-Collect accurate and up-to-date information on design trends & developments and translate them to tangible & realistic footwear designs
-Produce accurate colour drawings & detailed techpacks to factory standards
-Work closely with our Motorsport License partners to discuss and realise seasonal story & design ideas.
-Delivery of projects in line with Puma development calendar
-Travel to factories in Asia to finalize prototypes
-Enter and update design information in product data systems
-Work closely with Product Line Manager and Development teams to realise designs, meet price targets, merchandising goals, testing standards.

**YOUR TALENT**:
Strong portfolio with footwear designs
-5-8 years working experience of designing for footwear/lifestyle/sports brand, ideally in the fashion or sports industry
-Creatively expressive, collaborative and highly energetic personality
-Self-starter: independent thinker, hands-on approach
-Passion for Motorsport & Car Culture and our partners (Ferrari, Porsche, BMW M Motorsport, Mercedes-AMG, Red Bull Racing)
-Demonstrated experience with footwear teams and product range dynamic
-Refined feeling for consumer and footwear trends
-Experience in international product development and manufacturing processe
-Exceptional and refined level of form, color and material understanding
-Excellent presentation and communication skills
-Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop. 3D Modelling & Rendering skills (Rhino, Modo, Keyshot etc.) are a plus
-Degree in Product Design and/or relevant field of creative study
