Agile Coach (f/m/d)

YOUR ROLE
- As an Agile Coach, you foster an agile mindset across the tech and product organization by coaching, guiding and challenging teams based on agile principles and continuous learning.
- You work closely with different development teams and individuals to enable them in value creation, self-organization, and collaboration.
- You promote ideas on agile thinking, collaboration and productivity, how to integrate them into daily work, and lead by example.
- You enable teams and individuals to advance and grow in a flexible environment.
- You facilitate agile ceremonies and workshops and enable others to do so (remote and onsite in Berlin).
- You coach engineers, product owners and teams with a focus on autonomy, teamwork and communication.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- You have a good understanding of the agile values & principles and have at least 2 years of experience in developing people, teams and organizations.
- You combine empathy and your understanding of people and teams with the appropriate methodology to achieve goals.
- You have strong facilitation, coaching and team development skills, knowing intuitively when to step in and when to step back.
- You can build trust and resolve conflict effectively.
- You get things done, even in complex and ambiguous environments.
- Your previous experience and training is less important to us than the attitude you bring along.
