**Postdoc in Metabolism (f/m/d)**

**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITES**
- LC/MS based analysis of therapeutic drugs including new modalities in biological matrices
- Identification/structure elucidation and characterization of drug metabolites from in vitro and in vivo samples
- Evaluation/Development and implementation of new strategies and assays for analysis & metabolite identification of new modalities (e.g. covalent drugs, peptides)
- Establish in vitro biotransformation related screening assays required for the lead optimization of new modalities (e.g. PROTACs, covalent drugs)

**WHO YOU ARE**
- PhD in life sciences or related fields
- Strong hands-on experience and overview in LC/MS analytics, including different chromatographic techniques and preferably high-resolution MS
- Knowledge in drug metabolism and pharmacokinetics
- Experience with different sample preparation techniques of advantage
- Handling, visualization and presentation of complex data
- Scientific rigor, efficient and focused with high organizational skills
- Team player with strong communication and presentation skills in interdisciplinary teams
- Excellent knowledge of English is required, conversation and writing
