**Postdoc DMPK (in vitro ADME) - Proteomics (f/m/d)**
**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS**
- Establishing new and optimization of existing proteomics techniques in order to elucidate general disease understanding as well as PK/PD and PK/TK relationship in the field of new modalities (PROTACs and covalent binders).
- Use of proteomics methods to support research projects with questions concerning targeted protein degradation, target occupancy, off-target profile, etc.
**WHO YOU ARE**
- PhD in life sciences (biology, protein biochemistry, analytical chemistry and related fields)
- Strong background untargeted (focus on DIA) and in targeted proteomics techniques with respect to sample preparation, data acquisition and data analysis.
- Hands-on experience in the field of nano LC / high-resolution mass spectrometry (Orbitrap devices)
- Experience with the handling, annotation (e.g. KEGG, GO) and visualization of complex proteomics datasets using bioinformatics tools like R, Python, etc.
- Experience with automated sample preparation of advantage
- Basic knowledge in drug metabolism and pharmacokinetics of advantage
- Scientific rigor, efficient and creative personality with high organizational skills
- Collaborative mindset, team player in interdisciplinary teams
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent knowledge of English (conversation and writing)
