At Nestlé Health Science (NHSc), we develop nutritional solutions for health problems of all kinds to improve the health of consumers and patients. Within NHSc, the subsidiary Vitaflo is particularly concerned with the dietary treatment of rare congenital metabolic disorders. In Rosbach vor der Höhe, we produce vital food for patients all over the world in a specialised facility. This responsible task is carried out by a competent, experienced team of approx. 45 colleagues who work every day to make an important contribution to the quality of life of our patients.

**What is your role with us?**

Reporting to the Production Manager, as the Warehouse Team Leader at the Rosbach site, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of up to 4 warehouse operatives, effectively planning, managing and delegating the daily workload across the team. You’ll need a key eye for detail and strong organisational skills to manage a busy production and loading schedule, to make sure the operation runs smoothly, cost effectively and on time. You will work in close collaboration with our transport, quality and customer service teams as well as the global Nestlé Supply Chain Network and various other stakeholders. Your people leadership, excellent planning skills and attention to detail will allow you to ensure production targets, KPI’s and quality standards are achieved.

**What does a day with us look like?**
- Processing and storage of incoming goods, disposal and registration of goods in the ERP system
- Create a safety awareness and compliance culture ensuring safety, security and occupational health requirements are achieved
- Ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are achieved and maintained
- Drive and support cost saving initiatives to improve performance and cost of the warehouse operation
- Ensure stock accuracy and report deviations to relevant departments
- Maintain hygiene, H&S, HAACP and allergen requirements in the warehouse
- Ensure relevant checks are completed on goods prior to shipping (to customer or between internal warehouses)
- Process returned goods, complaint samples and ensure samples are submitted to Quality Control
- Storage of finished goods documentation from filling and packaging and labelling with Quality Control status

What we are looking for;
- At least 2 years relevant experience in a leadership role at market/ business level in warehouse management
- Relevant operational experience in the following areas is beneficial:

- Customer Service
- Demand & Supply Planning
- Transportation
- Warehousing Management (Materials Fulfilment) processes, tools, systems and related best practices for the optimization of available resources
- Responsibility for stock management
- Finance: business planning, budget control, cost management
- Warehouse Design
- Desirable to have had worked in a LEAN organization and supported or implemented warehouse management systems
- Fluent in English and German languages preferred

**Salary**: 50,000.00€ - 55,000.00€ per year
