**About 3D Spark**
We are seeking a talented and driven individual to join our team as a **Finance Associate**. This role presents an exciting opportunity to **shape the financial landscape** of our company, report directly to the managing partners for investor and financing rounds, and grow with us as we expand.
**What you will be working on**
- Perform financial analysis and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare and present financial reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders, including existing and potential VC investors.
- Manage day-to-day financial operations, including bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll.
- Coordination with tax advisor and assist with financial audits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes and drive operational efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in finance and accounting.
- Come to the office in Hamburg once a week for personal meetings and team building.
- You speak fluent English to communicate with our international team members and customers.

**What you bring along**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field (students currently pursuing a degree are also encouraged to apply).
- Minimum level C1 of the German language is required, as you will be speaking with the German-speaking tax advisor, tax authorities, social insurance funds and other authorities.
- Initially part-time position (10-20 hours per week) with the target to transition to full-time in the near future.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Experience with financial software and tools beneficial.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- A growth mindset and eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
