With more than 30,000 people, in over 100 countries. **Global Delivery Lead** **What to expect**: - Cooperate with the technical lead (such as a Lead Engineer or Solution Architect), the "voice of the customer" (such as a Product Owner or Business Relationship Manager), and central IT portfolio management to make sure roadmaps strike the right balance between business delivery, technology enablement, and operations work in terms of scope, timeline, and budget - Ensure that regional teams are cooperating internationally to accomplish shared objectives - Offer direction to the delivery team so that initiatives are clearly defined and prepared for work - Manage the delivery team's operational aspects, making sure all financial, risk, legal, security, and other compliance needs are met - Collaborate with the delivery team to make sure that finished features reach the production environment and stakeholders' hands - Ensure a metrics-focused approach to monitor objective realisation and performance and maximise the flow of value delivered by methodically measuring, removing obstacles, and doing so - Ensure supplier performance, including conformity to the organization's working principles and values, evaluating performance, and developing strong bonds that enable innovation and continual improvement - Assist teams in achieving value in the best way possible by empowering and coaching them on how to work - Share knowledge on software delivery techniques, agile principles and practises, project management techniques, and industry best practises to help increase productivity - Improve teamwork through increasing communication and developing relationships of trust in order to coordinate activities, align roadmaps, manage risks, and fulfil compliance obligations - Offer important information to stakeholders on how a project or feature is progressing from conception through delivery and production, including transparency of the development process and value metrics - Motivate, develop, and evaluate team members so that their performance is at the required level and satisfies the business's present and future needs **Personal Requirements**: - A bachelor's degree or higher in a business or computer-related discipline (or equivalent and related experience preferred) - Depending on the allocated field, certification in agile approaches is desired. - Several years of expertise in the designated industry - Deep understanding of the designated business domain or sector and the accompanying processes, including KPIs, best-in-class procedures, and business and technological trends - Product, project, and platform management expertise - Knowledge of agile and lean approaches and skills in the business domain - Several years of leadership experience as well as process and people management - SAP proficiency is essential - Hyperion-like financial system experience is preferred - Team-building, mentoring, and leadership experience - Working knowledge of Product Owners, Platform Managers, Business Analysts, Engineers, and Testers as well as Program Managers, Project Managers, and Product Owners - Proven business and technological savvy as well as a focus on details **What they can offer you**: - Flexible working hours - Regular training courses - Health care and medical check-ups - A comprehensive company pension scheme - 30 days holiday per year - A staff restaurant
