Mit einem Fokus auf Qualität und Frische steht Slim Chickens für die charakteristischen mit Buttermilch marinierten Tenders in Premium-Qualität und eine vielfältige Menüauswahl mit verschiedenen hausgemachten Dip-Saucen. Slim Chickens betreibt weltweit mehr als 250 Standorte und über 1000 weitere befinden sich in der Planung.

**Position auf einen Blick**

Als Front of House Team-Mitglied bist du das Gesicht von Slim Chickens - deshalb
machest du den entscheidenden ersten Eindruck bei den Gästen. Der Hauptzweck der
der Rolle ist es, die einladende Atmosphäre zu schaffen, die unsere Gäste mit Slim Chickens verbinden.

***Aufgabenbereich**
- **Du heißt unsere Gäste herzlich willkommen**: Als erstes Gesicht, das unsere Gäste sehen, sorgst du dafür, dass sie sich von der ersten Sekunde an wohl und geschätzt fühlen
- **Du meisterst die Organisation von Reservierungen**: Du nimmst Reservierungen entgegen, koordinierst die Tischverteilung und stellst sicher, dass alles reibungslos verläuft
- **Du berätst mit Leidenschaft**: Ob es um die Auswahl eines passenden Menüs oder einer unserer hausgemachten Saucen geht - du stehst unseren Gästen mit deinem Fachwissen und deiner Freundlichkeit beratend zur Seite
- **Du sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf im Gästebereich**: Mit deinem Organisationstalent und deiner ruhigen Art behältst du den Überblick und stellst sicher, dass jeder Gast bestens versorgt ist
- **Du arbeitest Hand in Hand mit unserem Team**: Du stimmst dich eng mit dem Service
- und Küchenteam ab, damit jeder Moment für unsere Gäste zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis wird
- **Du löst Probleme charmant und effizient**: Sollten mal Beschwerden aufkommen, findest du immer die passende Lösung - und das stets mit einem Lächeln im Gesicht
- Du unterstützt das Management-Team: Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung von Checklisten, Reinigungsplänen, Audit-Standards und Einhaltung von Markenstandards

**Das wünschen wir uns von dir**
- Du hast bereits erste Erfahrung im Front of House Bereich gesammelt, idealerweise in der Gastronomie oder Hotellerie
- Du liebst den Umgang mit Menschen und hast eine ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung
- Du präsentierst dich stets gepflegt und hast ausgezeichnete Umgangsformen
- Du bist belastbar und flexibel, auch wenn es mal hektisch wird
- Du arbeitest gerne im Team und bringst eine positive Ausstrahlung mit
- Du verfügst über gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse; weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind ein Plus
- Du kennst dich mit Reservierungs
- und Kassensystemen aus oder bist bereit, dich schnell einzuarbeiten
