serving fresh, handmade, cooked-to-order menu items and chicken that is so

Key Purpose of the role:
The Front of House Team Member serves as the face of Slim Chickens - Therefore

they make that critical first and last impression on the Guests. The main purpose of

the role is to create that welcoming atmosphere that our Guests associate with Slim

Chickens.

Responsibilities include:

- Display exceptional hospitality and service along with enthusiasm and

professionalism to ensure the best possible Guest experience
- Display strong menu knowledge and suggestive selling to improve the Guest

experience at all times
- Responsible for all cash and payment transactions
- Supporting the management team in ensuring the restaurant is fully set for

service in line with all checklists, cleaning schedules, audit standards and

brand standards
- Ensure all menu items delivered to the Guest meet the company standard
- Effective and professional handling of any guest complaint, informing the

manager immediately
- Ensure that you comply with legislation regarding Security, Health & Safety

and Food Hygiene and Licensing laws.
- Can fully explain and demonstrate the allergen procedures
- Work at a good pace
- Informing the management of any stock or equipment issues
- Attend and contribute to team meetings and training sessions
- Know and exceed sales targets
