**Who we are looking for**:
- You have recently finished or you are currently studying a relevant degree program such as Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration or similar.
- You are enthusiastic about organizational culture, learning, development, and other HR-related topics.
- You find a fast-changing work environment with constant new challenges and responsibility for your own projects appealing.
- You are a team player, communicative and talented in organizing.
- You have a love of detail, creativity and commitment.
- You are fluent in English (and in German if you are interested in our People Operations opening).
- You have good MS-Office skills and are keen on digital work processes.
**What you would do as an intern in our different teams**:
- Organizational Development:
- You will actively contribute creative ideas on organizational, culture and collaboration topics and events.
- You will help maintain internal communication platforms for the entire organization and support in organizing and planning of leadership events.
- You will help organize company updates for the entire organization on a weekly & monthly basis.
- You will collect and analyze data on the whole people experience, and implement changes accordingly to optimize processes in order to improve the organizational effectiveness.
- People Development:
- You will support our People Development Managers and other stakeholders in their daily business.
- You will lead your own People Development related project streams.
- You will organize and manage our Performance Reviews to make sure that our Emmies receive a regular and fair feedback.
- You will contribute on the design, implementation, and evaluation of current People Development projects.
- Learning & Knowledge:
- You will schedule and evaluate our trainings, and you will contribute to building up new learning opportunities with creative ideas.
- You will support in maintaining a global learning and knowledge management tool to establish a self-driven learning culture at Emma.
- You will lead your own learning and knowledge management related project streams.
- You will accompany the onboarding journey and help us to continuously improve the onboarding experience.
- People Operations (for German Speakers only):
- You will shape the employee experience including contract management and relocation processes, on
- and off-boarding as well as handling employee requests. You will also be point of contact for Emmies inquiries about tax and social security regulations.
- You will support People Partners on the monthly payroll preparation and processing for Europe.
- You will contribute to the design, implementation, and evaluation of current People Partners projects.
- You will be the owner of the People Partners knowledge base.
