Diese befristete Stelle ist im Citadines City Centre Frankfurt angesiedelt und unterstützt 5 deutsche und 1 österreichisches Apart Hotel. Du berichtet an den Director HR in Europa.Als Human Resource Executive (m/w/d) sind Deine Aufgaben:

- Talent-Scout und HR Partner an der Seite des operativen Teams - Anwerbung, Rekrutierung, Auswahl und Neueinstellungen fallen in Deinen Zuständigkeitsbereich.
- Wenn es um die Verwaltung von Personalakten und -daten geht, bist Du der Champion, der alles nach den Regeln des Spiels macht.
- Herausforderungen am Arbeitsplatz sind für Dich wie Puzzles - Du knackst sie und unterstützt das Team dabei erfolgreich zu sein
- Gehaltsabrechnungen und Vergütungen sind Dein Territory - du managst die vorbereitende Buchhaltung souverän

Verwaltung verschiedener HR-Systeme zur Gewährleistung genauer und datengerechter Informationen für das Unternehmen -Findest Du Dich hier wieder?
- Du beherrschst Deutsch und Englisch - Sprachskills, die sich sehen lassen können
- Dein Bachelor-Abschluss in Personalmanagement, Betriebswirtschaft oder ähnlichen Bereichen gibt Deinem Game den nötigen Boost.
- Im Personalwesen kennst Du Dich aus - Du bist schon eine Weile im Business dabei.
- Arbeitsgesetze und HR-Verfahren sind Dein Ding - Du hast den Dreh raus.
- Kommunikation ist Dein Steckenpferd - Du rockst den Umgang mit Teams und Kollegen.
- Mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig zu managen ist für Dich Routine - Du jonglierst souverän.

Are you an experienced and motivated HR personality and ready to take on an exciting challenge as a Human Resource Executive (M/F/d) at The Ascott Limited, Germany to approximately end of June 2026?

This limited time position is based at Citadines City Centre Frankfurt, in a standalone role supporting 5 German and 1 Austrian property’s, reporting to HR Director based in Europe.

As a Human Resource Executive (M/F/d) your tasks are:

- Talent scout and HR Partner alongside the operational team - recruitment, hiring, selection and new hires are within your guidance.
- When it comes to managing personnel files and data, you're the champion who does everything by the rules of the game.
- Challenges in the Workplace are like puzzles to you - you crack them and support the team in achieving success.
- Payroll accounting and remuneration are your territory - you manage the preparatory bookkeeping with confidence.
- Managing various HR systems to ensure accurate and data ready information for the business

Do you find yourself here?
- You have a good command of German and English - language skills to be proud of
- Your Bachelor's degree in HR management, business administration or a similar field gives your game the necessary boost.
- You know your way around HR - you've been in the business for a while.
- Labour laws and HR procedures are your thing - you've got the hang of it.
- Communication is your hobbyhorse - you rock dealing with teams and colleagues.
- Managing several projects at the same time is routine for you - you juggle with confidence.
- Discretion is a matter of course for you - you treat HR information with the necessary confidentiality
