**Tasks and responsibilities**:

- Supporting the SFB coordinator with the organisation of events (such as seminars, meetings and courses)
- Supporting the SFB coordinator with maintaining the SFB’s webpage
- Other activities may include administrative tasks, updating of documents, compiling information for presentations/statistics etc.

**Requirements**:
We are looking for a dynamic and creative person who:

- Enjoys working in an international and interdisciplinary environment
- Possesses good communication and organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Has good knowledge of English (spoken and written) and at least basic knowledge of German
- Has good PC knowledge (MS Office incl. Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
