Role: Intern / working student within Corporate Systems

**Your** **role and your** **team**:

The intern will collaborate with IT project leads and Solution Architects to support them in their daily project tasks. As a full team member, you will have direct contact to relevant teams across Lilium and its stakeholders. You will support to build a Project Governance and Support Model as well as helping us to define the Frame for a quality and result driven IT organization, which includes the IT strategy, policies, standards, governance and operational activities to ensure the IT team fulfills the required bbusiness needs.

**Your Day to Day**:

- Strategize, plan and execute the implementation of project management tools
- Identify potentials and leverage process improvements
- Support the respective IT project leads in their daily work to identify weak spots and closing them
- Design, cconfigure and implement a project management tool chain
- Drive the implementation across defined business entities, raise awareness and drive the importance of governance, and compliance across the organization

**Your Profile**:

- Strong academic background with at least a bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent
- Some relevant industry experience gained from other organizations
- Working knowledge and experience handling business workflows
- Good understanding of business change and how to deliver successful change to the business through technology
- Practical experience with agile project methodologies using the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence)
- Hands on mentality with a responsible, pro-active and solution-oriented way of working
- Communicative team player
- Excellent knowledge of English and ideally German
