As our Talent Acquisition Lead (all genders) you will actively shape the growth path of our organization to become Europe´s leading logistics collaboration platform provider with a diverse and international team. At the same time you will strategically building an innovative high performing Talent Acquisition team at TradeLink while working closely together with our founders and hiring managers

Tasks
- You create new recruitment processes and constantly develop them. In doing so, you use your analytical understanding to make the funnel measurable and more efficient
- You develop our talent acquisition managers and grow the team in the medium term
- You guide your hiring managers through the recruitment process with efficiency and finesse. Mentoring them on best practices, and supporting them in decision-making.
- You are curiouse andhungry to find the best talents and manage dedicated positions
- You can pinpoint inefficiencies that affect hiring managers in the near term and proactively try to solve them while simultaneously managing and prioritizing your backlog
- You regularly evaluate external resources and ensure that our budget is used wisely

**Requirements**:

- You have 7+ years of experience as an Talent Acquisition Manager and made a significant contribution to the growth of a scaling start-up
- You have already led and in best case built up a Talent Acquisition team and proven yourself as a successful manager
- You have an analytical mindset, work in an organized and independent manner, and are curious and hungry to learn, grow, and help us build a great remote-first company
- You’re empathetic, you have a positive attitude and you find creative and pragmatic solutions to daily challenges
- You have excellent communication skills, enthusiasm and an international mindset for a dynamic work environment in which you help build structures and implement processes
- You are business fluent in English, German is a plus
