About the roleAs the Deputy Team Lead Talent Acquisition, you will take on a key position within our People & Talent organization. For the first 12 months, you will act as Team Lead Talent Acquisition (parental leave cover), leading a team of currently four Talent Acquisition Managers . After the parental leave period, you will transition into the role of Deputy Team Lead. In this position, you will play a major role in elevating our talent acquisition function towards a strategic, data-driven, and internationally aligned setup.Your ResponsibilitiesLead and develop a team of currently four Talent Acquisition Managers.Take operational and strategic ownership of the entire talent acquisition lifecycle.Act as a sparring partner to the leadership team on all talent acquisition matters.Act as Talent Acquisition Partner for a dedicated group of international hiring managers.Further develop existing recruiting processes, tools, and standards.Be the key stakeholder in the integration of our new ATS in H1/2026. Provide strategic impulses that drive professionalism and future-readiness of the team.Ensure an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience.Monitor KPIs and derive action plans accordingly.Your ProfileSeveral years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition within an international high-tech and/or fast-growing environment.Leadership experience (formal or in project/matrix setups). Confident in collaborating with international stakeholders.
