**So are you our next motivated individual and networker who can grow our ecosystem by managing and ensuring the smooth running and success of our events and external presence?** As part of our enthusiastic team you will be responsible for:
**MotionLab.Berlin’s **ecosystem development**:

- Mentor, and build relationships with MotionLab.Berlin startups and professional members to help them reach their full potential by ensuring their integration in the MotionLab.Berlin ecosystem
- Lead member data collection and data analysis to improve the products and services offered by MotionLab.Berlin to ultimately ensure ecosystem growth
- Lead the development of a CRM or CRM-embedded system that allows better communication of synergies and customer profiling
- Act as the eyes and ears of our community to know the current challenges and successes of our startups

**Event coordination and development**:

- Organise external and internal networking events, conferences, webinars, roundtables, meetups, among others
- Plan, curate and execute end-to-end management of events together with the other program managers to enable new connections between customers and the hardtech ecosystem
- Outreach and engage with prospective experts, speakers and attendees
- Actively partake in virtual and in-person activities to drive the growth of our community
- Work with our marketing team and promote the events organised
- Spot relevant events that our team and startups should attend to strengthen MotionLab.Berlin’s local brand awareness and to position us as a Key Opinion Leader within the hardtech industry.
- Develop the local Ecosystem strategy and operations

To succeed in this role you should have:

- You have 2+ years of experience in event management, marketing & communication (having previous experiences in startups is a plus)
- Having contacts in the German startup, and SME Ecosystem is a plus
- You’re a gifted relationship-builder who is energized by others, eager to make connections with startups and experts
- You’re a talented communicator across all relevant mediums bringing enthusiasm to the team
- You work in a customer-oriented way, you execute quickly, you rethink and gradually implement what works.
- Organizational skills: You are both a planner and a “doer”. You have self-initiative and you are result-driven, knowing how to set priorities and how to work efficiently (and independently) in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to work within a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment
- You must have good skills in using digital project organization tools such as Miro, Trello, Google Workspace
- You have a high willingness to learn new skills and teach your team members new skills
- You are fluent in English and ideally German (reading and writing)
- Comfortable with ambiguity, pivoting and high-pressure timelines / goals

- Working style: Hybrid - Remote and on-site
- Starting salary: 2750€/month
