To strengthen our team, we are looking for a full-time **Event Planner (M/F/d)** as soon as possible. This is what your day looks like: - Processing event inquiries for our 10 event rooms and group reservations. - Preparation of offers and contracts - Creation of function sheets - Advising and supporting our guests, during and after the event - Planning of events - Preparation, execution and follow-up of events - Coordination and communication with our operational and administrative departments - Preparation of deposit invoices and final invoice control What we want from you: - Completed training in the hotel industry and initial professional experience in the field of events would be an advantage - Previous knowledge of the OPERA booking system desirable - Sales and organizational talent - Cordiality and confident appearance - Good knowledge of German and English **What would you do with €250?** Our benefits are designed to help you get the most out of every day.
