- Konzeption & Durchführung von Strategie-Workshops
- Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Präsentationen und Pitches
- Recherche & Analyse von Marken, Zielgruppen & Wettbewerb
- Anwendung von Recherche-, Analyse
- und Reporting-Tools sowie die Ableitung konkreter Insights und Handlungsempfehlungen für Marken aus diversen Industrien
- Entwicklung von Vision, Mission, Markenpositionierungen, Zielgruppen-Persona, Customer Journeys und KPIs
- Durchführen von Markt
- und Wettbewerbsanalysen zur Identifizierung von Gefahren und Chancen
- Erstellung von Kommunikations-, Content
- und Kanalstrategien
- Bau strategischer Fundamente und Frameworks, welche als Sprungbretter und Leitplanken für die Creative Unit fungieren
- Aktive Teilnahme an Ideenfindungsprozessen in den Bereichen Social Media, Event
- und Sponsoring-Aktivierung sowie allgemein Marken
- und Produktkommunikation
- Unterstützung der Concept Unit bei der Ausarbeitung von kreativen Konzepten (Ideen-, Grob-, Feinkonzept)

- Du kannst komplexe Sachverhalte einfach darstellen und besitzt eine starke Problemlösungskompetenz

- Du liebst es, Präsentationen zu erstellen und diese überzeugend zu präsentieren
