**The opportunity**:
**Your tasks**:

- Oversee hiring and growth of the business operations team as well as people development and career paths of the individuals.
- Coach your team to raise quality and improve outcome and business alignment to iterate fast. Be involved in the reviews of the Topic Teams of Delivery Platform accordingly.
- As the responsible person for business process delivery, you’re advising your team on the prioritization of the operational backlog and support the team members in formulating the business requirements for improving processes in your team.
- Maximize the collaboration between the team members, with the other operations team of Delivery Platform and the stakeholders of the team.
- Work closely together with your disciplinary lead, the VP Delivery Platform, as well as the product owners, scrum masters and other team leads of Delivery Platform.

**Your profile**:

- You are an experienced lead for the business operations team, who has very good communication skills to both enhance team structures and collaboration as well as to support the individuals grow their skills by mentoring and coaching.
- You have a strong and proven track record in the German energy market, ideally in the area of energy supply, contract management or B2C invoicing.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- You speak both German and English fluently.
- You enjoy working in an international environment with a highly motivated and visionary team that is striving to digitize the energy transition.
