Operations Assistant Nf-02

**Duties**:

- Issues, receives and controls cash receipts and change funds; verifies cash count of funds turned in by cashiers. Determines cash shortage or overages.
- Assists management with the operation of facility in accordance with established procedures.
- Assures only authorized patrons utilize the facilities. Submits daily report of operations.
- Assists in setting up parties according to party plan. May assist bartenders in setting up bars and/or cashiers bag. Completes Daily Activity Report.

**Conditions of Employment**:

- Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required
- Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
- Completed and signed DA form 3433 is required prior to entrance on duty.
- Possesses satisfactory completion of pre-employment background checks in accordance with AR 215-3, 2-13, to include a Tier 1 background investigation.
- Successfully complete a health screening. Immunizations required as a condition of employment for the health and safety of those in the facility.
- May be required to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
- Must have the ability to work night shift, weekends and holidays, as scheduled.
- Meet state/local age requirements for the serving of alcoholic beverages at the time of appointment (18 years of age).

**Qualifications**:

- 1. Progressively responsible duties in the receipt, disbursement, examination, deposit, custody or other processing of cash items.
- 2. Where duties involve selling alcoholic beverages applicant must meet state/local age requirements (18 years of age) for the serving of alcoholic beverage at the time of appointment.
- 3. Skill in providing customer service.
- 4. Ability to communicate effectively.**Education**:
