Are you a student or young professional passionate about gender diversity and equal opportunities? Do you have a talent for content creation and website management? ONE MISSION, supported by the InsurTech Hub Munich community and the Ministry of Economic Affairs in Bavaria is looking for a motivated working student or part-timer to support our mission.
**About ONE MISSION**:
We connect female tech founders with influential female leaders to promote diversity and equal opportunities in the German startup ecosystem and beyond. By increasing visibility and fostering collaborations, we aim to drive systemic change toward a more inclusive future.
- **
Website Management**: Assist in maintaining and updating the ONE MISSION website with relevant and engaging content.
- ** Content Creation**: Develop compelling articles, blog posts, and social media content to highlight key topics, events, and success stories.
- ** Research & Data**: Support data collection and analysis on gender diversity in startups and leadership roles to create informative resources.
- ** Event Support**: Help organize and promote events aimed at connecting female founders with leaders.
- ** Graphic Design**: Create visuals for web and social media platforms (experience with Canva or similar tools is a plus).
**Was Du mitbringst**:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, ideally in communications, marketing, business, or a related field.
- Strong interest in gender diversity and the startup ecosystem.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
- Good knowledge of content management systems (e.g. Canva) and social media platforms.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
