**Responsibilities**:

- As a Working Student (M/F/d) you have the Responsibility for administrative support of Training Managers and Coordinators, as wells logistics management (storage, replenishment of disposables etc.)
- You Supporting (virtual) training activity planning, facilitation, and follow-up
- Processing internal documentation in collaboration with internal stakeholders, e.g. Legal, Compliance is part of your tasks
- You help with Supporting reporting and participant management
- You also support training actvitities in-person during congresses, workshops, and within in-house Training Center, if needed

Your qualification
- You are an enrolled student (M/F/d) in the filed of medicine, medical technology, business, event management or similar
- Practical experience in event management, (virtual) training courses is an advantage
- You have very good knowledge of MS Office
- The use of tools such as LMS, e-learning, media tools are beneficial
- You are fluent in English (spoken and written)
- You are characterized by your organizantional talent, your own initiative, proactiveness, any your excellent communication skills
