We are looking for a **Development Lead** for our new cloud-native product.

This product is designed to create backups of virtual machines, databases, networks, etc., in public clouds. It will be developed in view of cloud-native architecture, which is recommended in public clouds such as AWS, Azure, and GCP. We will be building a SaaS solution based on existing components that we already use in our company’s Hosted solutions.

**Job Description**:
**Your tasks will include**:

- Developing cloud-native architecture based on microservices and deployed in public clouds
- Providing guidance on reliability, performance and scalability challenges

**Qualifications**:
**What we expect from you**:

- 5+ years of software development on commercial projects
- Experience in basic AWS concepts and services such as VPC, EC2, Cloud Watch, RDS, etc
- An understanding of serverless architecture
- Strong knowledge of the.NET core tech stack
- The ability to interact, negotiate, and find a solution with different teams
- The necessary skills to create readable, testable, maintainable code
- A university degree in a technical field
- Experience as a team leader in a group of 4-5 developers
- English proficiency sufficient to communicate with international teams
