**JOB DESCRIPTION**

Managing and organizing stock in the warehouse to ensure accurate tracking and efficient replenishment
Supporting the webshop and retail teams by maintaining stock availability and readiness
Overseeing the packing and dispatching of online orders with precision and attention to detail
Ensuring timely and accurate reception, storage, and dispatch of all goods
Monitoring stock levels and coordinating with logistics providers for smooth transportation
Conducting regular stock checks to maintain accuracy and address discrepancies
Handling incoming deliveries, verifying their contents, and storing items appropriately
Responding to inquiries related to stock availability, order fulfillment, and delivery timelines
Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to safety standards

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE**

Familiarity with AKOG products and an alignment with the brand’s philosophy
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with experience in stock management
Proactive and dependable, with a hands-on approach to resolving stock and logistics challenges
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a team
Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with various departments
Analytical mindset with the ability to monitor stock levels and provide timely updates
Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to learn and grow in the role
Proficiency in both German and English languages
Previous experience in warehouse or logistics operations is a plus
