Wir suchen **ab sofort** in Nürnberg eine/n Assistenz Area Head (m/w/d).

**€45.000 - €55.000 p.a. bei 35 Wochenstunden.**

**Dein Profil als Assistenz Area Head (m/w/d)**:

- Du verfügst über **erste Berufserfahrung im Assistenzbereich**.
- Du hast **gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office-Anwendungen** sowie in **SAP / SRM**.
- **Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke** gehören zu Deinen Stärken.
- Eine **zielorientierte, strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise**zeichnet Dich aus.
- Du verfügst über **gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.**

**Deine Aufgaben**:
Als **Assistenz des Area Head Battery & Charging (m/w/d)** unterstützt Du das Team bei folgenden Aufgaben:

- Du bist verantwortlich für die **Organisation und Koordination interner und externer Termine**des Area Head Battery & Charging.**
- Das **Unterstützen der operativen Steuerung im Bereich Battery & Charging** gehört zu Deinem Aufgabenbereich.
- Du übernimmst die **Erstellung und Pflege wichtiger Abteilungskennzahlen** sowie deren Dokumentation.
- **Reisemanagement** und **Veranstaltungsorganisation** fallen in Deinen Verantwortungsbereich.
- Das **Bearbeiten von Bestellungen** sowie das **Controlling und die Pflege der Personalkennzahlen** gehören zu Deinen Aufgaben.
- Du bist **Zeitbeauftragte*r im SAP-System**.
- Das **Erstellen und Bearbeiten von Präsentationen sowie Excel-Übersichten und Auswertungen** fällt Dir leicht.
- Du unterstützt bei Bedarf in **laufenden Projekttätigkeiten**.
