Executing "Warehouse Assessments", supporting task force, and process improvement initiatives in collaboration with internal and external partners - Evaluating suitable automation and digitalization solutions and coordinating their implementation (e.g., artificial intelligence, digital twins, robotics, packaging machines) - Defining and implementing holistic sustainability standards (internal/external) in the global warehouse network - Collaborating with colleagues from the Digital Industries Headquarters, partners at global locations, and SCM experts to challenge your skills - Driving change and managing transitions in logistics operations, including training and communication strategies - Managing logístical tenders in close cooperation with internal and external partners **This is how you'll win us over**: - ** Education**- You have a degree in industrial engineering or business administration focusing on logistics or a similar qualification - ** Experience & Skills**- As an SCM/Logistics expert, you possess reliable technical know-how to implement innovative solutions based on digitalization in the warehouse environment - Having accrued many years of professional experience in logistics and warehousing, you have process know-how from goods receipt to shipping - You bring profound and long-term project management experience in designing and implementing processes and physical material flows - Equipped with methodological competence in process analysis, such as value stream mapping, you excel in this area - Your strong analytical mindset allows you to translate data insights into operational improvements with ease - You are knowledgeable in one or more of the following SAP tools: SD/MM/EWM/ARM/TM - Additionally, you have experience in leading cross-functional and multicultural teams, and managing stakeholders across global locations - You possess expertise in the area of implementation of new warehouses worldwide and have experience in the tendering process - Furthermore, you are well-versed in contract logistics and contract law, with experience in the warehouse environment, both operational and strategic - Power BI or Celonis are Tools you have worked with, perhaps as a key user - You possess very good knowledge of the Microsoft Office 365 package, with a focus on PowerPoint and Excel - ** Ways of working**- You are characterized by a high ability to work in a team, motivation, enthusiasm, and a keen ability to learn - With excellent analytical skills, you also work in a results-oriented manner - In addition, assertiveness, strong communication skills, and a willingness to travel completes your profile - ** Languages**- Lastly, you are business fluent in both German and English, written and spoken **About us** The world never stands still.
