**Group Lead Rollout Strategy (M/F/d) for Vantage Towers**
Do you have management skills? Are you open to coordinate all relevant business and technical aspects of sites and team members? Then become part of our team as Group Lead Rollout Strategy (M/F/d). In your role, you will be responsible for development of site acquisition rollout strategy, special solutions for project-specific measures and initiation of processes for the introduction of new technologies and projects.
**Your challenges**:
- You develop and improve site acquisition long term strategy across Germany.
- You represent Vantage in all general site acquisition related topics, internally and externally.
- You are responsible to evaluate site acquisitions performance across regions, lease rollout projects and marketing of Vantage-owned properties.
- You take decisions to increase the operative performance in the fulfillment of customer & company requirements.
**Your qualification**:
- A successfully completed university degree in Business Management/Business Administration or Engineering in project management, portfolio management, controlling, communications, civil, electrical, or similar education
- At least 15 years of professional experience in the field of telecommunications technology as well as in setting up and converting telecommunications systems and infrastructure
- Very high emotional intelligence, able to motivate people and positively engage across the organization
- Strong knowledge of mobile tower site acquisition, site leasing and quality control
- Good English skills, written and spoken (C1 according to CEFR)
You have the opportunity to either work full-time or part-time with at least 30 hours per week.
