**Ihre Rolle**:
Werden Sie Teil unseres Teams Finance BPO & Process Excellence Corporate Finance, welches für das Monitoring unserer Dienstleister und die Implementierung und Betreuung von Finanzprozessen der MBCC Group verantwortlich ist. Die Stelle ist auf ein Jahr befristet.

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Unterstützung der globalen Process Owner im Bereich Finance & Accounting
- Globale und funktionsübergreifende Prozessqualität und -Optimierung in F&A in einer multikulturellen Umgebung
- Identifikation und Implementierung von Effizienz
- und Effektivitätspotenzialen im End-to-End F&A Prozess
- Steuerung des Prozesses und der Qualität externer Finanzdienstleister
- Aktive Teilnahme an globalen Projekten als F&A
- Erster Ansprechpartner bzw. Unterstützung von Gruppengesellschaften, die nicht im Dienst des Serviceanbieters sind
- Trainings für neue Prozesse und Tools
- Förderung des Change-Managements in lokalen Organisationen

**Ihre Erfahrungen und Qualifikationen**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder des Finanzwesens
- Mindestens dreijährige Erfahrung im Bereich Finanzwesen
- Sehr gute Erfahrung im SAP Finance & Accounting
- Fundierte Kenntnisse der MS-Office Anwendungen
- Kommunikationsstärke sowie ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten
- Fließende Englisch
- und Deutschkenntnisse
