Tasks
As our Junior Product Owner, you will work directly with our Product Owner Tobias to turn ideas into real outcomes by shaping our product direction, connecting strategy with execution, and balancing user needs with business priorities.
- Product Vision: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and help shape the product vision and strategy.
- Product Requirements: Define features, functionality, and user experience.
- User Stories Creation: Write detailed user stories and requirements, considering user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
- Backlog Management: Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that it contains well-defined user stories.

**Requirements**:
**Essential skills and experiences**:

- Native-level proficiency in German is required, with fluent English proficiency to ensure effective communication
- Initial experience as a Product Owner or similar a role, preferably in a SaaS startup
- Proven familiarity with software development and technology
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
