Deine Aufgaben

  • Technische Beratung? Kannst Du. Business-Requirements abstimmen? Deine leichteste Übung. User Stories und Epics konzipieren? Machst Du mit links. Ganz klar: Du bist die technische Instanz an der Seite unserer Product Owner, die Anwendungen und technische Assets mit Schwerpunkt Microservices betreuen.
  • Das bedeutet: Du behältst den Überblick (und die Nerven), supportest das Team operativ und administrativ und bist in allen Belangen mit technischem Fokus zur Stelle.
  • Ganz konkret pflegst Du das Projekt-Backlog, bringst IT-Anforderungen ein, konzipierst die Anwendungsarchitektur, koordinierst Release-Prozesse und übernimmst die Betreuung der Umgebung und Infrastruktur.
  • Auch im Incident Management als Third Level Support bist Du gekonnt aktiv und sorgst mit prägnanten technischen Dokumentationen – insbesondere im Bezug auf Governance-Anforderungen – für lupenreine Transparenz.
  • Bei alldem hast Du jederzeit alle Rahmenbedingungen im Blick und packst auch in Prozess-, Security- und Governance-Themen mit an.

Dein Profil

  • Erfahrung mit transaktionsbezogenen IT-technischen Prozessen, idealerweise in einer Bank sowie im Bereich Governance
  • Berufspraxis in der Entwicklung oder sehr technisch fokussierten Projektleitung bzw. als Technical Product Owner
  • Know-how in Softwareentwicklung und Anforderungsmanagement
  • Sicher im Umgang mit agilen Standard-Tools (Azure, ServiceNow, Confluence)
  • Agiles Mindset, analytisches Verständnis und Kommunikationsgeschick
  • Innovationsfreude und ein Sinn für nachhaltige Lösungen
  • Fließendes Deutsch und Englisch
