**Responsibilities**:
- Lead architecture, development and verification teams with focus on delivering innovative and high quality software solutions
- Overlook complete stack of software solution including embedded firmware, debug and analysis tools, customer tools and SDK, verification and calibration tools
- Use customer inputs, data and metrics to drive strategy decisions
- Monitoring and reporting of overall project status by summarizing key project metrics both across the team and to upper management
- Responsible for ensuring that work is delivered on time and budget
- Understand technical issues and risks and ensure appropriate mitigation
- Drive continuous improvement process targeting increased effectiveness of development teams by utilizing modern software engineering methodologies
- Support senior management strategy discussions and processes
- Bachelor or Master of Science in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science with more than 10 years of job experience
- Experience in building and leading software research and development teams
- Excellent understanding of Software Development Lifecycle from requirements to maintenance as well as modern Software Development Methodologies
- Successful track record of leading complex software projects in multi-disciplinary and multi-site environment
- Strong mindset to improve development efficiency, time-to-market and product test cost
- Strong social competence and ability to work across and integrate multi-cultural teams and interfaces
- Strategic mindset and strong analytical skills
- Excellent English communication skills
