Docplanner is a SaaS tool for doctors and clinics used to optimise their patient flow, reduce no-shows, and digitize their practices in order to be able to spend more time with the patient. We also operate marketplace websites in 13 countries which serve 62 million patients monthly to easily find the right doctor and book an appointment. Only last month 5 mln medical visits were booked via our websites. That makes us the world's leading marketplace connecting doctors and patients. We have been growing rapidly and are on a path to reach EUR 0.5 bln in ARR in the next 3-5 years

**Stellenbeschreibung** Role Overview**

As the Head of Revenue Operations, you will play a pivotal role in leading and mentoring a team of 10 Revenue Operations professionals and Knowledge & Enablement enthusiasts to foster collaboration, develop strategies to maximize revenue across all channels, and implement scalable processes to drive productivity in our customer-facing units, reporting directly to the CEO.

**How will you impacting our mission**:

- Develop and implement strategies to optimize revenue generation across all channels, including sales, marketing, and customer success.
- Design and implement scalable processes and systems to streamline operations and enhance productivity of our customer facing units.
- Identify and implement best practices for sales enablement, including training, content development, and sales process optimization.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies.
- Work closely with finance and executive teams to forecast revenue, analyze sales pipeline, and drive strategic decision-making.
- Implement and manage sales and marketing technology stack, including hubspot
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in revenue operations and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

**Qualifikationen** What will help you thrive?**
- 5+ years of working experience in revenue operations, sales operations, in sales or revenue operations, ideally at SaaS companies
- In-depth understanding of the SaaS business model, subscription-based revenue, and key metrics relevant to SaaS companies
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and develop innovative solutions to complex challenges by making data-driven decisions
- Deep understanding of sales and marketing processes, including lead generation, pipeline management, and sales forecasting.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms, such as Salesforce and HubSpot
- Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
- Passion for driving business growth and delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
