Your mission

**Summary**:
In this role you will be responsible for handling and managing reservation requests to generate additional revenue for our locations. Your role includes coordinating with guests and working within cross-functional teams with revenue management, sales and operations. You will have the ability to make a real impact on the business performance whilst shaping your career and gain experience in a fast-evolving industry.

**You will**:

- Own booked revenue realization and be the main point of contact for existing corporate bookings
- Coordinate with revenue management, sales and operations teams to drive additional revenue
- Process and manage reservations for corporate key accounts, groups or loyalty guests
- Take ownership of overbooking
- and relocation processes
- Support us in building a structure for our reservations management that allows us to scale quickly

**Profile**:

- Completed an undergraduate diploma with a background in business administration, hospitality management or related field
- Previous experience in reservations or hospitality is a plus
- Great communicator, hands-on and high attention to detail
- Comfortable in working with numbers and data
- Be able to take responsibility and work independently
- Fluent in English and German
