**What you will do**:
- You will help us shape Emma's brand strategy globally in order to establish Emma as the leading sleep brand
- You will be responsible for the best possible implementation of this brand at the individual touchpoints of the customer journey
- Accordingly, you will work on a wide range of topics from TV Spot Creation to communication and brand-related topics, sharpening Emma's brand image
- You will be responsible for managing internal and external stakeholders and having strong alignment within global and local teams
- You will develop KPIs and track the success of the brand measures
**What you will bring to us**:
- A drive to understand and manage Emma’s Brand
- The ability to analyze data, prioritizing highest impacts for brand awareness
- Ideally, some past professional experience in brand management of either a category, or brand preferably in FMCG or decentralized e-commerce company (not necessary)
- Self sufficient team player mindset that is goal-oriented, structured, and pragmatic
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency with MS Office, familiar with brand tacking and other similar brand analysis tools
