**Your Role**:

- Responsibility for the full operational management of flavor production, from raw material provisioning to final product completion.
- Monitoring and managing daily production processes with a focus on quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery.
- Implementing and optimizing production standards based on Lean Management principles.
- Planning and coordinating human resources to ensure a smooth production flow, even during peak and seasonal periods.
- Actively leading and motivating your team, while fostering the targeted development of employees through training and coaching.
- Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards in production, and proactively addressing health and environmental management areas.
- Close collaboration with internal departments such as logistics, purchasing, and quality assurance to ensure effective process management.
- Supporting investment projects aimed at increasing efficiency and optimizing the production site.
- Support with tax-related matters as a tax assistant (Steuerhilfsperson).

**Your Profile**:

- Several years of experience in a responsible production role, ideally in the food, flavor, or chemical industry.
- Proven experience managing batch production processes and optimizing production workflows.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, combined with the ability to motivate and continuously develop your team.
- Solid expertise in Lean Management and process optimization.
- Completed studies in food technology, chemistry, process engineering, or a related field.
- High problem-solving skills as well as a strong quality and responsibility mindset.
- Fluent in both German and English, spoken and written.
