Your Repsonsibilites

Perform laboratory experiments in the target or biomarker validation pipeline
- Cultivation of cell lines and 2D patient derived cellular models (PDCMs)
- Perform permanent or transient modifications of gene expression (siRNA, shRNA, CRISPR/Cas)
- Perform readout assays for cell viability, motility etc.
- Perform standard techniques such as qRT-PCR, Western Blot, cloning, microscopy
- Assistance in establishing new workflows and techniques

Our Requirements
- Completed education as biological technical assistant (BTA), bachelor in biology or similar
- 3 years experience in cell culture, ideally in the context of (cancer) target validation
- Strong background in cell culture of cell lines as well as patient derived models or primary cells
- Strong background in siRNA or shRNA-based modification of gene expression
- Experience with 3D cell models is a plus
- Good written and spoken English skills
- Interested in establishing new techniques and setting up standardized workflows
- Interested in working in an international team with internal
- and external collaboration partners
