**Das machst du**:

- Du leitest ein Team aus Illustrator:innen, Character
- und Technical Artists in einem hybriden Arbeitsumfeld.
- Du führst, coachst und inspirierst dein Team in künstlerischer und fachlicher Hinsicht.
- Du erschaffst mit deinem Team neue Spielewelten in 2D inkl. Erstellung von visuellen Konzepten und Mock-ups für Spielideen, Charakterentwicklung und Game Assets.
- Du bist selbst regelmäßig an der Erstellung von Illustrationen, Szenarien, Assets und sonstiger Aufgaben entlang der ganzen Produktionspipeline beteiligt.
- Du stimmst dich mit deinem Vorgesetzten ab und arbeitest eng mit dem Spieleentwicklungsteam zusammen.

**Das bist du**:

- Du hast einen Hochschulabschluss im Bereich Illustration oder Grafikdesign oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung.
- Hinter Dir liegen mindestens drei Jahre einschlägige Erfahrung in der Rolle als Lead Artist, bevorzugt in der iGaming oder Games Branche.
- Als Lead Artist schaffst du es dein Team mit Begeisterung und als fachliches Vorbild zu künstlerisch, technisch und wirtschaftlich überzeugenden und begeisternden Ergebnissen zu führen.
- Du beherrschst verschiedene Grafikstile, von Casual Design bis zu Painted Realism.
- Du besitzt hervorragende Kenntnisse in Adobe CS, insbesondere in Photoshop, Illustrator
- Du verfügst über einen hohen Grad an Selbstorganisation und Selbstreflektion für die Arbeit innerhalb eines hybriden, kollaborativen Arbeitsmodells.
- Du bist ein kommunikationsstarker Teamplayer mit überdurchschnittlichem Einfühlungsvermögen im Kontakt mit unterschiedlichen Persönlichkeiten.
- Du hast eine Can-do-Mentalität und bist Feuer und Flamme, Dinge voranzubringen.
