We are looking for a CRM expert to be responsible for maintaining, optimizing and ensuring strong adoption throughout the business. The job can be performed within Germany or Europe-wide.

**Your tasks**:

- Serve as primary system administrator for the Salesforce CRM environment
- Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks
- Work with management team to establish suitable processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities
- Super-user in setting up campaigns and supporting sales with lead management in CRM
- Working closely with IT by providing requirements and change requests to enhance and optimize the system
- Regular reporting and tracking tied to business results
- monthly meetings
- Ownership of set-up and managemet of campaigns in Pardot/Salesforce
- Training of new users, and grow the Salesforce skillset across the organization

**Your profile**:

- Salesforce CRM certification and additional studies
- 2-4+ years experience preferred
- Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality
- Strong data management abilities
- A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements
- Previous experience working in a SCRUM or agile environment is a plus
- Strong communication skills, ability to work in a global team and reliability
- Independent, structured and quality-oriented way of working
- Very good English and MS Office skills - good german skills desirable
- A strong aesthetic and basics of gaphic design
