**Your role**:
The IT Applications Portfolio and Finance Management is planning, managing and tracking the budget and spend of the IT Applications department. We are looking for a talented student interested in Finance and Controlling and willing to learn and support our internal processes.
Within your assignment, the following tasks will be assigned to you:
- Support Portfolio and Finance Manager
- Support recurring activities such as quarterly forecast, quarterly accruals, monthly cross-charges, monthly reporting
- Deliver ad-hoc reports as requested by management or individual cost managers
- Support initiatives aiming at data quality improvement
- Prepare management summary presentations
- Schedule meetings and write meeting minutes
**Who you are**:
**Education/Professional Experience**
- Current student in Business Administration (Financial Management)
**Languages**:
- English mandatory (written and spoken)
- An additional language (German) is an asset
**Skills & Competencies**:
- Strong affinity to Finance and Controlling related topics
- Very good Excel knowledge
- Deliver work on high accuracy
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Willing to support administrative work
- Willing to dive into details
