**IFRS Controller (m/w/d)**

**WHO WE ARE**

** WHAT YOU WILL DO**

- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, supporting the fast closing process
- Consolidate financial data from subsidiaries, analyze performance, and ensure alignment with group objectives
- Safeguard compliance with accounting manual and IFRS
- Continuously improve reporting processes and support international subsidiaries in meeting reporting standards
- Manage group-wide intercompany transactions and eliminations
- Contribute to the assessment and implementation of Internal Controls Framework
- Develop and optimize controlling processes, tools and systems for greater efficiency and transparency
- Drive further development of ERP system and controlling instruments (SAP BW/SAC)
- Collaborate effectively with external auditors and other stakeholders

**WHAT WE ARE SEEKING**

- Degree in economics with a focus on finance and accounting
- Professional qualification (CPA, ACCA or similar) is an advantage
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience (experience in a Big 4 firm is a plus)
- Solid knowledge of SAP (S/4 Hana desirable)
- Sound knowledge of German and international accounting standards (HGB, IFRS)
- Confident use of MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
- Independent, reliable and proactive working style
- Experience in multicultural environment
