**Your role**:
**Whoyou are**:

- PhD in chemistry with focus on synthetic organic chemistry or a related field
- Professional experience in R&D (4+ years); experience in people management preferred
- Strong team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent communication skills in German and English (verbal and written)
- Strong analytical skillswith a problem-solving mindset
- Experience working in an international environment (e.g. PostDoc)
- Ability to proactively identify and prioritize customer needs as well as execute projects from initiation to completion
- Ability to travel internationally (up to 15%)
