Tasks
The business owner - customer builds the link between the organizational strategy, our specific departments like program management for product families and technology fields within R&D. He/She bases the decisions on in depth understanding of the customer demands, market trends and product roadmaps to support the commercial interests of the company.

The tasks as a business owner will focus on the following activities:
Business responsibility for governance, compliance and return of investment (ROI) for the products being developed

Participation in planning, remove impediments and speaks on behalf of the development organization, the business and the customers

Coordination of the effort with other departments and organizations towards the achievement of the business goals

Provides vision and mission for the team, assigning business value to the development goals and evaluating its achievement

Responsible for the operational excellence and the business outcomes

Highest authority of escalation for a product or solution being developed from customer/stakeholder perspective

**Qualifications**:
Academic degree in electical engineering, general science, or equivalent experience

Experience in leading globally distributed teams and projects

Experience in change management and leading change

Several years of professional experience in direct or matrix team and project management

Experience in the automotive industry is an advantage

Very good written and spoken German and English language skills

Quality orientation and very good communication skills
