**Your responsibilities**:
- Providing practical and theoretical training for apprentices in the fields of electrical engineering, pneumatics and mechanics
- Creation and maintenance of specialist courses, training documents and illustrative and demon-stration media
- Teaching knowledge and skills in accordance with training regulations and internal training plan
- Supporting trainees in preparing for exams and in company projects with the specialist depart-ments as well as external projects with external partners
- Supporting trainees in the development of technical, methodological and social skills
- Preparing and implementing new teaching and learning concepts in relation to digitalization
**Your background**:
- Completed training as an electronics technician or mechatronics technician
- Ideally further training as a state-certified technician or master craftsman
- At least 2 years of professional experience in the field of in-company training
- Furthermore, you have (or will acquire in the short term) the necessary vocational and work-pedagogical qualification through a completed trainer aptitude test.
- Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (ABB, Siemens)
- Experience in commissioning and troubleshooting in mechatronic systems
- Very good IT skills (Office package)
- Fluency in German written and spoken
- Authentic appearance, empathy and commitment
- Personally, you impress us with your skill in dealing with young people, to whom you can respond individually and who you can inspire for their respective training occupation. You find it easy to communicate technically complex issues
