This Position reports to:
Production Supervisor

**Key responsibilities**

In this role, you will have the opportunity to perform a vital role in the production, installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment used in various manufacturing and automation processes. Each day, you will ensure the smooth operation and efficiency of equipment and systems. You will also showcase your expertise by conducting specialized work assignments as part of the production processes.

The work model for the role is: onsite (#LI-Onsite)

You will be mainly accountable for:

- Executing the assigned tasks according to agreed workflows and in accordance with ABB standard processes and safety guidelines and reports any non-compliance.
- Performing regular quality testing of the equipment, if needed, as part of a defined production process and troubleshooting and reporting issues, if any.
- Ensuring the availability of required materials to execute the assigned work according to the defined workflow.
- Taking responsibility for the proper operation and daily maintenance of equipment in use and addressing any malfunctions to maintain production schedules.

**Qualifications for the role**
- Successfully completed training in an industrial metalworking profession, such as Industrial Mechanic (M/F/d)
- Ideally, several years of professional experience
- Experience with welding processes as well as in the operation of robot-assisted Jobs
- Open-mindedness to new technologies
- Fluency in German as well as basic knowledge of written and spoken English
- Safe handling of computers and MS Office
- High quality awareness and reliability
