Aufgaben
- Verantwortlich für die erfolgreiche Umsetzung der PMO-Strategie in Abstimmung mit dem Transformation Officer
- Verantwortlich für den Ausbau des Projektmanagementprozess, die Dokumentation, das Controlling, den Action-Log, die Qualitätskontrolle und das Reporting
- Aufbereitung des Reportings über den Programmfortschritt für alle relevanten Stakeholder regelmäßige Projektreviews auf GL-Ebene
- Steuerung, Training und Coaching der Projektleiter zur Sicherstellung der erfolgreichen Umsetzung der Maßnahmen
- Führung und Weiterentwicklung des PMO-Teams

Qualifikation
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliche Studium (oder Ingenieurwesen mit wirtschaftswissenschaftlicher Zusatzqualifikation)
- Erfahrungen und Methodenkompetenz zum (hybriden) Projektmanagement und im Change-Management gewünscht, idealerweise Zertifizierung nachGPM, IPMA oder PMI
- Berufserfahrung in einer Unternehmensberatung oder in einer Linienorganisation als Projektmanager von Vorteil
- Hohe Affinität mit Umgang mit SAP, MS-PP und MS-Excel und BITools
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
