**Was Du machst**:

- You will support the operational community management of our client’s presence (monitoring, predominantly reactive communication) and lead the moderation of the communities on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Twitter (mostly via our moderation tool Falcon or the Facebook Business Manager).
- You will respond in a timely manner to inquiries and comments in your mother tongue.
- You will refer to the FAQ answers when conveying the brand's tone of voice.
- You will support the enhancement of workflows in the CM teams.
- You will work in collaboration with Upljft’s core team in the community management and the client to manage all queries and issues.
- You will support the team in creating the monthly reports.

**Dein Background**:

- Native Romanian Speaker
- Good knowledge in (Business) English.
- First experience in social media marketing (ideally in the smartphone industry). At least 1-2 years of experience would be preferable.
- Strong interest in mobile phones and technical innovations.
- Flawless writing skills.

- You are an active user of Facebook, Instagram and other social media channels and understand the relevance of social media for companies.
- You have high quality standards and enjoy working independently.
- You are focused and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- You are sociable and highly self-motivated.
- You are able to work at flexible, defined working hours (remote only). There are several shifts available per day.
- Depending on your personal status and country of residence, you can work for us as a working student, as a marginal employee or as a freelancer.
